I have given this place multiple chances and they repeatedly let me down, so I’m switching and here’s why. Behind the 2+ hour wait times (I know that can be totally normal for an OBGYN), my primary issues are a total lack of compassion and information, and legitimate medical negligence. Went in for a routine annual checkup with Ashley and she was amazing! Great bedside manner, understanding, respectful, calm, clear communication. Unfortunately, things went downhill pretty quick from there. I got billed incorrectly multiple times, and my simple preventative visit turned into 4 months of back-and-forth with the front desk and billing. I originally saw dr.young and was disgusted by him not only disregarding how I felt but not even telling me he was going to do a exam as he spread my legs for me without telling me then disregarding my pain and cyst I had.
