Was informed I could pay like $30 for something out of pocket by both my doctor and a nurse who didn't even help me directly. I was then informed, after I completed the procedure and I went to the front desk, that they were actually NO LONGER able to honor the Out of Pocket discount and then was billed for $130 dollars. What a joke.

They really don’t care about your time, like everyone else has said you will be waiting in the wait room longer than your actual appointment. If you have anything important happening ( UTI, mastitis, etc.)they won’t be able to get you in until you have to go to the hospital yourself. Also, good luck even being able to reach the front office to make an appointment. They have like 5 receptionist, you would think that they would be able to answer a phone call every once in awhile, but nope. I would give a 0 star if I could.

I had been coming to Dr. Allen for years and loved him. I was informed a couple of months ago, that he was no longer going to be in PG as much (more time in Saratoga) and it didn’t align with my schedule. They said they could change me providers and have me see Dr. Clark. Well, let me just say that I will not return. Went in for my first prenatal visit. I was wanting a midwife this time around & unfortunately had the worst experience. Waited for the midwife for well over 50 minutes. The MA came in once saying the midwife would be in shortly. I had to walk out of the room to use the restroom and ended up seeing the midwife just sitting there. As soon as I came back into the room she walked in within minutes. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for & will be looking elsewhere for care.

Very disappointed in our few visits with revere OBGYN in Pleasant Grove. We talked to the doctor about finding out the gender early, we understood there would be a fee as it was our 16 week appointment, we were wanting to be surprised. When we got to the appointment the ultrasound tech was very rude and seemed annoyed after we said we would like to be surprised and asked if she would call our parent to tell them so they can get the supplies ready for that weekend.
