Scheduling could be a little quicker at responding and following up
We had a very bad experience with this office. We took a long time to schedule, when we finally got an appointment they cancelled on us without letting us know until we got there. Another appointment scheduled, they didn’t know we were coming for because our ask wasn’t transferred again because we were not set up with the right person. The third time we showed up, did the tests and then saw the doctor. He was nonchalant, not personable and didn’t tell us anything useful. This is technically my 2nd time being scheduled and probably the last. The first time I was called back and waited an hour just for the MA to tell me Dr. Young had to go attend a birth. I would’ve liked a call BEFORE my appointment to let me know if I would’ve liked to reschedule or not. This second time I felt very uncomfortable and intimidated with Dr. Young, I felt like him and his MA’s didn’t listen to me at all and completely forgot what I was asking for in the first place. I’ve only seen Ashley Gonzalez her and her MAs are amazing. Sadly that’s where the amazing care ends. Scheduling is a joke. Billing is a joke. Unless you want to spend 20+ mins on hold to make an appointment find a new provider. Their billing is completely incompetent. I spent over three hours trying to resolve a billing issue ( I was billed incorrectly) which at the end of the day still wasn’t resolved. Who has time for that.
