I’ve only seen Ashley Gonzalez her and her MAs are amazing. Sadly that’s where the amazing care ends. Scheduling is a joke. Billing is a joke. Unless you want to spend 20+ mins on hold to make an appointment find a new provider. Their billing is completely incompetent. I spent over three hours trying to resolve a billing issue ( I was billed incorrectly) which at the end of the day still wasn’t resolved. Who has time for that. My surgeon was Dr Matthew Clark and assisting him was Emily Meidell when she was still working with revere health. I was first pressured into a C-section even though I asked for other options, then when I was in the operating room Dr. Clark kept asking me if I could feel what he was doing and I kept screaming and saying yes and he just continued and I felt my entire C-section and screamed my way through the entire thing. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with both the providers (midwives at Saratoga Springs office) and the staff & doctors (at Pleasant Grove office). After waiting for 40 minutes in PG to be seen by doctor I was told they had to reschedule me because of doctor being called to a delivery. The next appointment would be in 3.5 weeks. When I called ahead to ask about preparing for my procedure, an older woman who answered seemed irritated that I had concerns and spoke to me with a harsh tone which made me more anxious. However, the nurses and Abigail Gunther, CNM, were very different. They were kind, patient, and professional throughout my visit. One nurse even came beside me to hold my hand when I was in pain, which meant a lot. Abigail explained everything clearly and supported me during the procedure, making a big difference. Woefully understaffed, and horrible at scheduling. Haven't had one appointment actually happen on the day they said it would. The doctors are great, but unfortunately we never get to see them. Most times we show up, wait for an hour or so, and then the staff passes us onto a nurse practitioner or a certified nurse midwife, and we leave without seeing the doctor we came to see.
