do not waste your time. I made an appointment way before hand cause I had to request time off work. Showed up on time. Waited 50 minutes! During that time 2 women got up after 10 minutes and said they don’t have time to wait an hour and rescheduled. I almost got up to see how much longer but then they called me back. The nurse was nice and gathered information etc then left. 25 minutes later the Dr came in and didn’t even “look” at me or have me pee in a cup. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with both the providers (midwives at Saratoga Springs office) and the staff & doctors (at Pleasant Grove office). After waiting for 40 minutes in PG to be seen by doctor I was told they had to reschedule me because of doctor being called to a delivery. The next appointment would be in 3.5 weeks. My experience with this clinic and my surgeon could not have gone better!! I felt understood and the process was quick and easy!
Every time my appointment is scheduled at this location, I’m always waiting for at least 45 minutes! So frustrating. They even messed up my glucose test because they forgot to bring me back in time, and I had to redo it. The doctors are great, but this office is run terribly.
