Shop around! I had no idea a nerve conduction study (that took five minutes of Dr. Groves time) would cost nearly $900. My insurance covered almost $400, but that still left me with nearly $500. I was never made aware of the cost. According to a Google search the average cost is $200-$450 for such a test. Why is Revere Health so expensive? No other industry could blindside you with such an enormous bill.
Spent 20 minutes first time ever with Dr. Groves, he is not personal at all, and he cost me over $1200 for no results and then just kept making me more apts. without letting me or my primary Dr. know the results of the initial EGM, it took weeks to get it. And he just kept making MRI apts for me with out any results. And when I call in to cancel my follow up, I just get a vm and after 5 minutes waiting, I push 1 for a call back, and no one ever calls back. Do not recommend Dr. Groves well alone Revere Health. This place was decent at one point. Now they just string you along and tell you to schedule more appointments before they will give you results. Would not recommend to anyone.
Is there a zero star option? I’ve been sent to collections TWICE after they sent one bill that the insurance ended up covering. Incompetence at every level of Revere Health. I’d go see a western medicine practitioner working out of their garage before I stepped foot in one of these offices again. STAY AWAY.
Dr Groves sent me to physical therapy when I needed chiropractor adjustments and a different route of therapy. I endured months of PT to only feel worse as all the exercises were putting pressure on my nerves and neck. If he listened and looked at my MRI in the beginning and I had the correct route of care I could have saved so much time, pain, money.
