Terrible experience. Check in was easy but the doctor was very nonchalant. Didn't seem interested in my symptoms. There was no assessment, No other alternative options just wrote me a prescription, sent me on my way without even moving out of his seat. Was maybe in the room for 5 mins. Very unprofessional to say the least. Expensive co pay for a waste of time.
I manage a clinic myself and we always take into consideration where a patient is coming from and their needs. I’m sure the staff was happy not to have to work between my appointment and the next (2 hours later). Their manager Mindy was anything but helpful. My condition has become debilitating and figuring out what’s going on has been one of the most frustrating experiences. Even still, I will not be returning to Revere, where they’ve proven that they view their patients as time slots and not the people they are.
Shop around! I had no idea a nerve conduction study (that took five minutes of Dr. Groves time) would cost nearly $900. My insurance covered almost $400, but that still left me with nearly $500. I was never made aware of the cost. According to a Google search the average cost is $200-$450 for such a test. Why is Revere Health so expensive? No other industry could blindside you with such an enormous bill.
Spent 20 minutes first time ever with Dr. Groves, he is not personal at all, and he cost me over $1200 for no results and then just kept making me more apts. without letting me or my primary Dr. know the results of the initial EGM, it took weeks to get it. And he just kept making MRI apts for me with out any results. And when I call in to cancel my follow up, I just get a vm and after 5 minutes waiting, I push 1 for a call back, and no one ever calls back. Do not recommend Dr. Groves well alone Revere Health. This place was decent at one point. Now they just string you along and tell you to schedule more appointments before they will give you results. Would not recommend to anyone.
