Cami was amazing. She was efficient, kind and professional. Best experience I have had at Salems Revere Health Laboratory.
I walked in and was out in 5 minutes! I have very tricky veins and informed the phlebotomist. She did such a wonderful job and was so nice! One of the best experiences I've ever had. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Highly recommend to anyone who needs blood work done.
This is the best experience I have ever had getting my blood drawn. I showed up 3 minutes before closing in a panic because I needed important labs done. I have pretty high anxiety and the phlebotomist who drew my blood today was perfect. She listened, checked me in super quick, was very efficient and kind, and was so patient. She pulled out a laying chair for me, talked me through it and made sure I was doing okay every step of the way, and had a juice box, ice pack, and granola bar close by. My favorite lab to go to for blood work. Multiple phlebotomists makes it go faster (shorter wait time), and they always find my veins better than other places I've been.
Ive been here numerous times of the past year and i always arrive 10 minutes before they open at 8 so I can get in and out. The receptionist is always late so the lab technicians have to cover for her, which puts the lab technicians behind. I'm surprised Revere Health allows this to go on.The lab technicians have always been great. I would rate them 5 stars.
