The wonderful staff made me feel at ease from the moment I checked in.
I am insanely claustrophobic and have major anxiety. But if you need an MRI Revere Health is the place to go. These ppl are amazing and going in the WIDE TUBE feet first is awesome ‘cause you can see out the end of the tube! Ear plugs provided…or noise canceling devices, 02. You will be just fine. The ppl who work here “get it” and want your experience to be comfortable and quick. ❤️

Imaging is a horse and pony show. Stating I didn't need a pre-authorization for an MRI, but clearly I do. Unfortunately, I had to cancel both the MRI and Dr. appointment and need to find care elsewhere. Both times they stated they were going to send me an email stating I do not need certification and the second time they said they got a verbal authorization. My insurance company can't confirm either one of the claims.
