Front desk people do not respect patient privacy, cold and rude.
I went to the Urgent Care after being stung by a scorpion. The admin, Doctor, and Nurse were great even though they couldn’t help me. I am self paid with no insurance I paid 75.00 to get to see the Dr then 33.00 after as a paid in full situation. Only to get a follow up bill. I called to find out why and I was told that they had made a mistake and I had to pay???? This seems wrong however they didn’t care and I had to pay
THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST FRONT DESK PEOPLE! Especially the old lady with brown roots and bleached out hair, and glasses.... SO RUDE and act like it's an absolute inconvenience for her to help you. I am a veteran, and they made it ridiculously hard to get seen because my orders come from the VA. They pawned off the problem on me to deal with, and then when it did get fixed, acted like I had done something to offend them I have let the VA Healthcare system know that I will NOT ever come back here and I encourage ALL veterans to go ... read more
I went for emergent imaging today. Wow! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. My Tech was also very professional and kind. Shayne was amazing with my imaging. They were all so thoughtful of my anxiety and helpful all along the way. I’ve had a LOT of MRIs and today’s was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Revere!
