Worst experience with a Medical Office. I show up for my appointment. Where they then tell me my doctor's office needs to send additional paperwork to perform my imagining today. No call ahead of time, email, nothing! Of course I can't get a hold of my doctor in a timely manner to submit additional paperwork. Which they would have knowing this sooner.... They make me cancel my appointment. They were rude and acted as if I was the inconvenience to them, It was due to their own lack of care for patients. Lazy. And back to the ... read more
** UPDATED 07/16/2025 ** Has been downgraded from 3 star to 1 star. Been receiving a text massage (twice) for me to pay outstanding balance (about $5). I called. Was told that Revere has both scanned primary insurance card and secondary insurance card information in their billing system. However, they (or their system) failed to upload the secondary insurance information correctly. Am I annoyed? You bet I am! Staff is amazing.
The wonderful staff made me feel at ease from the moment I checked in.
I am insanely claustrophobic and have major anxiety. But if you need an MRI Revere Health is the place to go. These ppl are amazing and going in the WIDE TUBE feet first is awesome ‘cause you can see out the end of the tube! Ear plugs provided…or noise canceling devices, 02. You will be just fine. The ppl who work here “get it” and want your experience to be comfortable and quick. ❤️
