If I could give zero stars I would. I am a mom and took a fall. Went to the urgent care where the provider ordered an X-ray knowing it was just me and my little. With being a mom and my husband works unfortunately had my little. They said they could not do my X-ray because I had no one to watch my kid. When I explained I had no one to watch my kid and in the past while at dentists offices during X-rays a staff member watches the baby while I get the X-rays . Shellie was AMAZING and kind! As well as the check in staff. They were helpful and kind with getting me in a timely manner! I'm thrilled with the window! Definitely nice to receive excellent care. Thank you imaging!
My imaging appointment was over so fast, I almost questioned if it was actually finished. The procedure was quick and efficient, with no long waits or unnecessary delays. The staff appeared to be newer, and their care felt like an improvement from previous visits. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.
Never sent in my claim to the insurance, even paying the full bill due to that on a payment schedule of $300 a month because I wasn't on a "payment plan" threatened to turn it over to collections!!! Absolutely the WORST billing system of any hospital I've been to.
Kind people and wonderful Mammogram staff. They are good at giving instructions and very detailed in the procedure. This is where I choose to go every year.
