These professionals are very knowledgeable and treat their patients with respect and dignity. I have never felt more like I was in good hands.
Staff told us a surgery would be scheduled for a specific date 3 weeks out. The provider never put in the order. Staff refused to CALL the provider for him to put in the order. Drove over 4 hours each way for no surgery due to poor practices. Multiple issues with billing side of practice.
The girls at the front desk are very nice and accommodating! They work with my husband's schedule and they really care about him! Also, so does Jared Green! He takes the time to answer all of johns questions. Mine as well , being the worried wife. And he doesn't hurry you out of the office.
