Staff is super nice but it takes over 30+ mins to get called back in for your appointment and they call people back first that came in after you it’s annoying
Went in and they ended up telling us to go to the ER instead, but the lady working their front desk was one of the kindest people I’ve met in a while. She was super understanding and empathetic. The perfect person to interact with in a time like this.
The doctors are consistently unhelpful. I have gone a few times and been told things I already knew and was then sent on my way with nothing but a bill. Every single time was truly a waste. My husband went in once as well and was told to immediately go to the er because the doctor was sure he was going septic, it turned out to be a simple skin irritation from a scented soap. So we paid for both the urgent care and ER bill thanks to the uninformed doctors. The urgent care at the Spanish Fork Hospital is much better!
I took my 18 month old daughter in to get looked at Sunday night because she had a fever and has a history of UTI’s. The nurse said it was likely a virus but I asked for a urine culture to rule out a UTI as I wanted to make sure she didn’t need an antibiotic. The nurse was pretty much clueless and said they didn’t really have a way of testing urine in children that young.
