Very Friendly Staff and very Understanding and patient. I have seen 2 Drs there now during crisis and they are both very exceptional at what they do and how they show Compassion . I am very pleased with the professional care and treatment .
I very rarely write reviews, but I don't want others to have my same experience. My schedule is very busy, and I asked specifically when I made my appointment for 11:30 if I would be able to finish and leave quickly. They said I would be taken back right at my appointment time and that it would only take 15 minutes. When I arrived, I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and 30 minutes in the hospital room. Unprofessional staff practices. Nurses should not be making fun of the patients where other people can hear.
Great staff and short wait for the Dr. My wife was also totally happy with the Dr., staff and service. Cute cartoons for the kids in the waiting area.
They have done a wonderful job with our children.
