Terrible experience with this doctor! Probably one of the worst I've had and I'm old! He was extremely rude and judgmental, took no time to talk with me and was absolutely no help at all!!
Dr Frazier insisted in operating on my broken finger. Now I t looks more crooked than before surgery. Not happy with the results.
I waited a whole month for an appointment. Then the doctor spent maybe 10 minutes with me and didn't provide any information I didn't already know. No tests were suggested, and he didn't ask about background history, diet, daily habits, etc. A primary care doctor who didn't specialize in this field spent more time trying to understand my unique situation than this doctor. My insurance was then charged for a full hour appointment. The reception desk was very friendly, and I got into my appointment quite quickly.
Hands down, Dr. Langford is one of the the worst medical professionals I have ever been to. He doesn’t listen at all. If there’s something out of the ordinary or complex about your case, don’t count on him to investigate further and try to see what’s happening. I told him multiple times that headaches weren’t my primary concern. There were other issues I had questions about. Worst service I’ve ever had! Everyone was so rude and the doctor did not listen to me with anything I said! No. Help. At. All. Does not do their job I felt super disrespected the entire appointment highly do not recommend and will not be returning.
The staff here is great! They really care about their patients and took extra time to answer questions and check up on me as I was leaving. Very friendly, professional and a great team of people! I'd definitely recommend them .
If i did not have to give one star i would not. Let me share my experience. My wife has been using rever health for at least ten years never really had a bad experience untill now. She was suffering from carpel tunnel so we made an appoint with a neurologist for an emg. The appointment did not go badly we asked about pain management he did prescribe a medication. I don't know who this guy thinks he is. I went to him for a procedure at Central Utah Surgical Center and I couldn't be less impressed. I had to wait an hour and a half for him to show up when the procedure only took 20 minutes. I don't understand why he thought this was acceptable, but to me, it definitely was not. After the procedure, while I was still loopy on drugs, he came to talk to me instead of my husband who was waiting for them to call. I went to do a Fibrol Scan in the first week of January 2021. The nurse that did the fibrol scan was touching her uncovered nose all the time, then touching her eyes. I had to take my kids with me afraid to get COVID. Today 01/18/2021 the nurse called me to say that they LOST my exam and that I have to come back there AGAIN to do it. I have being calling them almost every day asking if my results are there a d they were asking me to call back the next day, then the next to finally tell me that they do NOT KNOW WHERE MY EXAM ... read more
