This is the first negative review I have ever left, so I hope that shows you how terrible this place treats their customers. Not only once, but twice, have I felt like my time and money has been wasted coming here. The first time I came in for a physical that my insurance covers yearly, but yet I was charged for it. When I asked why, they mentioned it was because I brought up a concern I had about my health… isn’t that the point of a physical?? We love this Revere Health family clinic! We are a fan and long time clients of Revere Health. I love this location in particular, because they offer so many services in one spot. They have urgent care, regular family doctor services, an ENT office, OBGYN, as well as an allergist/immunologist. We have been lucky to always find wonderful providers. No matter who we have seen. Judy de la Vega is excellent and I’ve really loved having her as a doctor also Chris as a gastroenterologist. No complaints they are wonderful and explain things very clearly. However, I have had several and I mean several issues with the office. First I passed out while getting blood drawn something I didn’t know is now something I have to deal with and the staff was quite harsh about having to lay me down.
