Awful experience. The dr prescribed a cream for a ring stuck on my finger (I guess for inflammation?). When I went to pick the cream up at the pharmacy, it required a preauth from my insurance (not the dr fault), but the pharmacy said it was a $1k cream without insurance. I called the dr and they said it could take up to 2 weeks for a preauth! Ummm...I have a RING stuck on my finger, indenting the skin more and more everyday. I don't really have 2 weeks to wait. Horrible. Don’t bother wasting your time and money here. Doctors and staff can’t return calls or provide accurate information. They didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing and didn’t care.
I accidentally ended up here for a drug screening, turns out I was at the wrong place in the end but they challenged me like they knew what was going on. Ended up with a $133 bill and the job didn’t accept the drug panel.
Pretty frustrated with the doctors and billing department here and we don’t plan on coming back. Wife came in for facial pain and the doctor told us that wasn’t his specialty and so he gave us some pain meds and sent us on our way. We were able to get the problem resolved with another doctor but fast forward we got a huge bill because the doctor coded us as a dental visit and so our insurance completely denied it. I’ve been trying for 4 months+ to get it resolved and the billing department is trying but seems pretty clueless... read more
