I love Revere Health! The reception staff, medical assistants, nurses and doctors are all knowledgeable, professiinal, caring, kind, and friendly. Revere Health has access to a wide network of resources to treat all of your ailments in house. Whether you are single or have a family, are young or old, Revere Health has got your back and will do all they can to ensure you get healthy or stay healthy.
Unfortunately, this office has been consistently disappointing. I’ve had multiple issues here, and it’s clear the office is poorly managed. My regular doctor was on vacation for spring break, so I scheduled an appointment here specifically for a cortisone shot in my elbow — I made that very clear when booking. After waiting to be seen, the doctor told me she wasn’t comfortable performing the shot and that another doctor might be able to do it. They were quick on getting us back and taking care of us & being polite. Griffin was amazing and so was the primary provider. We will go back here again.
So friendly- always enjoy our visit even though they aren’t the best of circumstances.
