Today I have tried to call in 6 times...never connecting with a live voice. I can show that. The PHYSICIANS AND NURSE PRACTITIONERS ARE GREAT, but other factors here could be improved! *See my posted photos as to my numerous failed attempts to submit updates before another failed attempt to do blood work for my diabetes.* It appears we won't be doing that appointment today, as I am figuring out my soon to be figured out financial issues.
Beware of fraudulent billing practices here. They will tell you in person that everything is paid in full, then deceptively tack on unexplained charges days later and notify you after they close for the weekend. They then refuse to give an explanation for what those added charges are, claiming that you signed paperwork allowing them to add additional charges. They'll also claim to follow up and contact you to resolve but do not. All the hallmarks of medical billing fraud. Stay away!
Amanda is great. Spends plenty of time with you and discusses all options. But it is impossible to get any follow up on the phone or via messages on the app. She says to call if things are not going well in the recovery. But I can call and call and call and call and leave messages after messages after messages and no one responds. And then it’s past 5 PM and the answering service says they can get a message to them in the morning. What good does getting a message to them do? 5 stars for Doctor LLoyd, since he’s truly a great physician… the office is a “1 star” place. I got a call a couple of days ago asking about making an appointment for an annual physical. I said yes, and the appointment was made. When I arrived at the appointment and was getting vitals done, the tech started telling me about scheduling an annual physical, she told me it was free with my insurance.
