I’d give this zero stars if I could. Never have I tried to contact a Dr office and not received a response. My husband went last week for care in hopes to find a new primary physician that would care about his medical needs. His visit last week was standard and they discussed his prescription needs. I contacted them this week (10/8) because his health wasn’t doing well and all I got was the option to leave a voicemail for the medical assistant. I love this place!!
I see Dr. Lloyd and he is a fantastic doctor. This is an awesome office all around actually, from the receptionists, the medical assistants, nurses, and doctors are great and incredibly helpful. Dr. Lloyd makes me feel heard and feel like he is actually trying to help me instead of throwing all kinds of meds at me without listening. He takes extra time with me and never makes me feel rushed. My mental and physical health have already improved overall since starting at this clinic. Highly recommend.
