Amanda is great. Spends plenty of time with you and discusses all options. But it is impossible to get any follow up on the phone or via messages on the app. She says to call if things are not going well in the recovery. But I can call and call and call and call and leave messages after messages after messages and no one responds. 5 stars for Doctor LLoyd, since he’s truly a great physician… the office is a “1 star” place. I got a call a couple of days ago asking about making an appointment for an annual physical. I said yes, and the appointment was made. When I arrived at the appointment and was getting vitals done, the tech started telling me about scheduling an annual physical, she told me it was free with my insurance. Dr Lloyd is phenomenal. He really took the time to listen and understand. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor.
RUN! This site inparticular will try to scam to double charge you! I called to ask if I would be charge extra if I need to refill my meds for pre-existing condition outside the routine Physical, the "older" front desk admin said "Yes." So, I scheduled a separate office visit just for the pre-existing condition and do blood-work at LabCorp the next day for a separate Physical scheduled for a week later. Comes a week later for the Physical, the Dr and I just discussed the results of blood-work and do routine Physical check-up.... read more
