I am a 100% disabled Veteran. I have seen Dr. Allen since DEC 2024. Most of the time I need something done by his Nurse Assistant it does not get done. Including referrals to see other specialists. Every time (6+) I call her voice mail, and leave a message for her to return my call, she never calls me back. Dismal customer service would be an understatement.
I love everyone at the clinic but I do have one complaint. When I call the clinic I almost always have to leave a message. I rarely get a return call. I don't understand why it is so hard for them to return a call. It's very frustrating. Edit: it is now 11 months later and I was going to leave a review that basically says the same thing. Great care, awful billing department
Yesterday I went in and had an urgent appointment with the new NP. Sophia Perez. She was extremely inpatient with me. She did not acknowledge my history of treatment for the condition I went in for and then she prescribed me the one medication I told her hasnt worked in the past for my condition and the medication made me extremely sick. I will not be seeing her again.
