Billed us $180 for a 5 minute phone call with a question asking if they provided a specific service. We were existing patients. They said we were required to pay for the “drs time on the phone”. This “start up” facility is a simple money grab that couldn’t care less about their patients well being, only lining their pockets. Such an embarrassment. Avoid at all costs. I’d give them less than 1 star if I could.

Love the Doctor but will never go again. I have gone to Revere for 15 years. I was billed $434. For an office visit and when I asked for an explanation for the billing the girl was completely put out and her explanation was my insurance asked them to do a wellness check? My insurance asked you to do a wellness check? Then denied payment that’s a little strange. Can I ask what is covered in a wellness check? She said I don’t know what did you discuss. Thanks for being so helpful!!

This review is strictly for "Anna" in the billing department. Young lady you have no manners... It was frustrating enough to try and get you to listen why I called the billing department in the first place. You talked over me and would not close your mouth long enough to hear the inquiry of what my call was about. I'm not sure if it was the lack of maturity or you not being trained properly that cause you to hang up on me.
