The front desk and scheduling people at this clinic are terrible!!! They will not assist their patients in sending a scheduling appointment for imaging to a local nearby imaging clinic. The front desk person says “go find the fax number and call me back…you should know the number where it should be sent to.” No patient customer service.
I highly recommend Revere Health. As soon as you walk in, the staff is very nice and friendly, and the check-in process is fast and hassle-free. It's so wonderful not to have to sit around forever in the waiting room. They are always very considerate of your time, and my wait time to see an appointment is always brief. Love the office and the people. HATE trying to get ahold of the office. The menu options are awful, can never speak to an actual person when I need it most. Took a letter in there from the DLD a couple weeks ago and they said they’d call me back if it got sent out… haven’t gotten a call and can’t contact them about it. 🤦♀️
