I would not be a patient here. I had multiple return appointments and was very happy with the staff. A year later I get summoned to court for debts I owe to this provider. Not only did they not call or notify that I had an outstanding balance (I had multiple visits where NO BALANCE WAS MENTIONED TO ME) and they did not call or tell me at all that there was balance on my account. Shilo is the best. I have been seeing her for about a year now and she took over my care when my insurance had changed. She stayed on track with the medications and diagnosis from my previous provider. She also diagnosed me with diabetes and has been very vigilant at keeping my meds on track. I highly recommend her.
There is absolutely NOT ONE good thing about this facility With the exception of NP Shiloh Manning. In my opinion, Brice Larsen MD is a terrible doctor that does not care about his patience; only the practicing facility. I have one last visit/Appointment scheduled, and it will be my last.
