The front desk and scheduling people at this clinic are terrible!!! They will not assist their patients in sending a scheduling appointment for imaging to a local nearby imaging clinic. The front desk person says “go find the fax number and call me back…you should know the number where it should be sent to.” No patient customer service.
I highly recommend Revere Health. As soon as you walk in, the staff is very nice and friendly, and the check-in process is fast and hassle-free. It's so wonderful not to have to sit around forever in the waiting room. They are always very considerate of your time, and my wait time to see an appointment is always brief. Love the office and the people. HATE trying to get ahold of the office. The menu options are awful, can never speak to an actual person when I need it most. Took a letter in there from the DLD a couple weeks ago and they said they’d call me back if it got sent out… haven’t gotten a call and can’t contact them about it. 🤦♀️
We have tried multiple times to like this place, but I am to the point of writing a review now and we won’t be back. The first bad experience was a few years ago when I was with my perfectly healthy and fit daughter as she got a 15 minute lecture during her sports physical on making sure she never got fat. She came home crying, thinking she was fat even though she is a fit athlete. Another experience three years ago, she was very sick and had massive swollen glands in her face. I would not be a patient here. I had multiple return appointments and was very happy with the staff. A year later I get summoned to court for debts I owe to this provider. Not only did they not call or notify that I had an outstanding balance (I had multiple visits where NO BALANCE WAS MENTIONED TO ME) and they did not call or tell me at all that there was balance on my account.
