Showed up for an appointment and nobody was there. I scheduled online week in advance and was even given a reminder. They did notify me of any changes. I found this experience stressful and unprofessional.
STAY AWAY. The office staff wasn’t too friendly in Brigham City. They’re only here certain days a week and they do allergy shots that same day so there’s always a wait of at least 45 min. It’s hard to get ahold of the Dr office because you call a general number. At a follow up appt after surgery, a nurse or PA named Jen pulled my nose stitches out on the left with the suction thing. Wish I could do 0 stars.. worst experience in my last 3 visits. One nurse told me "I'll have to look that up" to every question I had.. last visit they told me I have chronic tonsillitis "which I knew from my family dr already" and told me removing them was the solution and to schedule surgery. I tried to schedule surgery but I have a cavity in one tooth and the second nurse won't let me schedule surgery to get mt tonsills out till my dentist fixes it... in the mean time I can barely swallow, eat, or even sleep because of th... read more
