I had one of the worst experiences with Joshua Burkardt. I came in for severe allergic reactions that have been affecting me for a few years now. I told him an about a diagnosis that my primary care doctor suspects I have, which he visibly rolled his eyes at me and told me the diagnosis is “not real. The hours for this office are horrible and they make it so difficult for anyone to refill their allergy desensitization shots. They won’t allow me to call and get it re ordered. Today I go in during their specific tiny window of operation for the allergy clinic and they sent me away with nothing. All I got was “sorry doctor is gone today and I don’t see or know where the form or paper is. Love, love, love this place. Without Dr Burkhart I would be dead. Seriously, he is amazing, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr Burkhart for being my doctor.
We have had a great experience with Dr Josh Burkhardt at the Spanish fork revere health allergy. The facility is clean and maintained well. The receptionists were helpful and kind. All nurses we were in contact with were compassionate and so helpful. The Dr answered my questions and saw us multiple times throughout our challenges and explained next steps well.
