I went to the urgent care and thought I had paid all expenses. I checked the Revere Healthcare app for any other expenses that I may have accrued, but the balance showed $0. I didn't think twice about it. A few months later, I was receiving text messages, emails, and letters from a collection company regarding an overdue bill. I called Revere to see what was going on, and billing said I had an overdue bill. I told her that I checked the app for any overdue balance, and the total was always $0. There are not enough negative stars to give Revere Health in St George. I went into their "Urgent Care" with chest pains, which didn't seem urgent to them. Then they misdiagnosed my minor heart attack which lead to a massive heart attack a week later, that if not for the professionals at IHC would have killed me. If Revere Health had properly diagnosed my initial heart attack and got me the help I needed then I possibly could have avoided the now permanent heart damage that I have. No thanks Revere Health.
I HATE the constant reminders that I have to PRE-REGISTER! I've seen this Dr! I've even had surgery by him! WHY should I have to pre-register?!? I asked the receptionist why and she tells me it's probably a reminder of my upcoming appointment. Then why not just give a reminder text with a Y or N option??
From self check in VERY easy. Almost zero wait time in each dept I went to in one day and I went to Ortho, ct scan, blood draw AND even a cardiogram. No appt just got it all done in one afternoon. Every single employee from the doc, ma, ct guy and phlebotomist were ALL very very sweet and professional. I worked at Scripps clinics so I speak from vast experience. This place was AWSOME
