They dont go by FCFS. They give you early moring appointment but once you here its always 1:30 PM .all day stuck here. old rude people doesn't care whats the time value. Never care for anything.
Worst place I’ve been to, took them 6 hours to unload
Place is horrible, 5-10 hours to unload trucks. Bunch of clowns.
Worst of the worst place. Stupidest organized delivery process I saw. They got time slots for delivery, and, even, nobody is there and dock is empty - you'll be waiting. And the only dock for delivery. All truck been waited, has the same appointment time, and you have to fight for place in line after all. Be prepared to spend hours and hours. But you might be lucky and get there at the right time. Any way, stupid rules and poor management. Positive moments - they do have overnight parking and toilet in the building.
