I had Richmond American build a home for me and escrow closed on September 2022. The building process alone was absolutely terrible and took twice as long as estimated with multiple last minute delays. I thought once the home closed the bad experience would be over. I wrong. I'm currently at 7 months past closing and there are items still on my "Final Walkthrough" list that are not complete. The support network is not there and once you hand over the money for the home you will be left for dead. I have countless issues that ... read more
