My mother really enjoyed her stay at Trafalgar Lodge as all the staff was very friendly and caring. She enjoyed activities especially the musical performers and the dog visits. Thanks
I had arrived at Trafalgar Lodge scared and very nervous of the unknown . However, the moment I stepped in the building the first face I was greeted by was the receptionist, Danielle. A friendly smile eased my nerves. Going forward I have met many wonderful people, example Paige, in the sales office. A wonderful young lady with patients and lots of knowledge and helpful hints. Trafalgar Lodge is a wonderful place - so warm and welcoming! From the moment we stepped through the front doors, our mom felt at home, the energy feels positive and so friendly. Paige, Rick, the nurses, the chef, all staff members have made our mom's move into her new home smooth and welcoming. She lives in the perfect studio overlooking the wonderful garden which was completely refurbished just prior to move in - new paint, new carpet and clean. On September 19, 2024 My 80th birthday was fast approaching and I decided to have a party for my friends and family. I wasn’t too sure how to arrange it. However, my daughter Wendy stepped in to help. I live at Trafalgar Lodge, a retirement home in Oakville. I rented the Skylight lounge at the Lodge for the event. . The biggest priority for my parents is walkability, and Trafalgar Lodge is located within historical downtown Oakville, steps from cafes, shops and Lake Ontario. But it offers so much more for my parents who moved in a few days ago. First of all, Ernest is incredibly welcoming and clearly enjoys interacting with staff and residents.
