Lovely facility with great amenities and services within. Also very close to a mall that has everything you could want. Move in was a breeze, very flexible. The only issue was the suite was not clean and it should have been properly cleaned between clients. My parent has settled in and enjoys the privacy and mountain views.
My mother was moved from LTC to Scenic Grande which is not LTC in October of 2024 at the insistence of her husband because that is where he wanted to live. I had no say in the matter as to choice of facility but I did repeatedly question management at Scenic Grande over my concerns for her care given their designation. They gave me a song and dance, basically gaslit me on the new AHS designations and how they could in fact care for her properly. The last few times I have visited here, and used the washroom in the corridor, it has been really dirty.... the floors have dirty mop marks to and from...... not a very good advertisement for the Property....looks like it needs a really good scrub from top to bottom..... disappointing. There was also what appeared to be feces along the corridor towards the pool........
