I was so disappointed with the manner of the psw the last time I was visiting my love one.I asked this person where I can put the dirty clothing? Instead of giving me an answer he just grabbed it me and not saying anything. How rude that is? I'm wondering how this person treated my love one or other residents? If this person acting like this to me that I'm sound mind. How much more to the people that has dementia? This is concerning.
I am so happy and fortunate that my Wife absolutely loves her New Home. Staff are wonderful and I would like to thank, each and every one of you taking the time and care to look after my Best Friend, my Wife.
