Highly Disrespectful staff some staff need to be fired for the way they treat people This place gives LTC a bad name not a good place you either need to retrain your staff or fire most of them nobody should ever have to be spoken too in Such a degrading manner Ontario laws have been in place to prevent this follow them .
It's a good place for the wheelchair bound. They can cart these residents into tv room for hours and not be bothered with them. Aside from administration of meds, medical help is non existent. If a resident is complaining or crying of pain, they simply shut their door and ignore them.
