Elizabeth and all the people and Riverbend went above and beyond helping us transition my uncle from the hospital into retirement long term care. All of this a few days before Christmas. Very helpful in helping me navigate through all the processes and paperwork required to do such a move in a few days. My uncle has been there for almost a month and absolutely loving his new accomodations and can't say enough about the staff and the food. Thank you Riverbend!
Our Consultant Elizabeth Greenidge made my parents transition so very easy. Elizabeth was warn, welcoming and supportive. I look forward to my parents next chapter at Riverbend.
Eliazabeth was a gem to assist our family member with a beautiful suite in the retirement building. Almost like family we felt as we moved our family member in. The view of the river is incredible and the full activities. The staff are incredibly friendly We are grateful
My father was just at Riverbend for a short 2 week stay. He was very happy there. He found the food tasty and he appreciated the lovely table settings that made the dining hall look special at each meal. While he was there we found the staff to be excellent, starting from the Sales manager Elizabeth, the Nurses Odessa and Marnie, the food services Manager Prince and Samantha, the bubbly and efficient cleaner, everyone that we dealt with were very helpful, pleasant and professional. Elizabeth and the Riverbend Support Team are extremely friendly and are super kind and caring. Elizabeth is the person to contact to set up a tour of this beautiful facility along the Grand River. I highly recommend this facility as your next home!
