I have been a resident at Parkwood Manor for over a year, and I am very happy with my decision to live at Venvi Parkwood Manor. I have found that the staff consistently go out of their way to make this feel like home. Just the other day, a staff member named Pam was kind enough to prepare a vegetarian option when a meatball sub sandwich was on the menu. Food isn't quite as good since Gary retired. Staff is pleasant and ready to help always, however there appears to be little oversight for each department. The guy in charge of maintenance, Mike or his staff ripped apart the box for her seasonal air conditioner. We put it out in the summer and put it back in its original box for the winter for storage. Our Mother has been a resident of Parkwood Manor for 8 years and it was the best decision we could have made. The management and staff members have provided a warm, caring and safe environment and have exceeded all expectations. The programs and activities are engaging, inclusive and highly entertaining. It’s always a pleasure to visit our Mom knowing we are welcomed to participate in the events and enjoy the excellent meals.
