Resident cals nurse or PSW , long time passes no one go to their room to see what they need. Also the choice of meal is very inappropriate for elderly full of fat, cheese unhealthy not enough amount of meat. My mother’s calls for help PSW sometimes never come..
My mother was a resident for a very short period of time , a little over 10 days and I can’t say enough about the staff. Every staff member without exception showed nothing but compassion and care to my mother. It’s takes a special kind of person to devote their lives to caring for the sick and the elderly, and Mackenzie Place exemplifies everything you would want. My family will always be grateful to Revera.❤️
