We had a bad experience with a PSW. This guy would not clean up my grandpa properly I literally had to get upset at him. He would say all done cleaned up and I would still see poop on his legs, arms and under his nails. This lazy PSW would just use wipes to clean my grandpa and not give him a dignified bed bath. I had to tell him to do it again. He also used the only tv outside grandpa room and watched his shows not allowing anyone in the family to use the tv.
