Do Not Send Your Loved One Here My family’s experience with Westview Revera Care has been nothing short of heartbreaking. I would strongly caution anyone considering placing their loved one here. During my aunt’s time at this facility, she endured serious neglect. She would often be left in a soiled diaper for hours at a time — sometimes as long as four hours — without being changed. The care at Fleetwood Villa has been absolutely outstanding.  Since moving in, my sister has become a happier, healthier, and more engaged in daily life.  The staff are compassionate, professional, and treat every resident with dignity - we couldn't be more grateful Thank You Fleetwood Villa for giving us back our Sister, mother and Aunt From her Family and Friends

I find the entire staff to be wonderful. They work as a team. The care my husband receives is incredible. I so appreciate their kindness and dedication to their residents. I visit 6 Days a week and do value the home. The best part is that my husband has settled in and loves the food.

You watched my father die You did nothing to save him you didnt wash him you didnt cut his hair you didnt evn cut his toe naILS YOU KNEW HE WAS DIEING AND YOU JUST SAT BACK AND WATCHED NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD NOW YOUR ALL BEING SUED ANYONE ELSE HAS THE SAME ISSUES LET ME KNOW AND WE CAN FILKE A CLASS ACTION MY LAYWER JUST NEEDS NAMES

A few really great staff, but also a bunch of terrible ones. The resident services guy Joe Lima is one of the bad ones. He is lazy and aside from not doing his job he doesn’t care about the residents at all. This place is also not clean at all. 2/10 cleanliness
