This is a review for the INDEPENDENT LIVING section of Venvi Evergreen, as the Assisted Living and Memory Care sections do not apply to my review. Reviews on those sections can vary tremendously. My dad is 91 and has moved in the INDEPENDENT section of this facility 6 months ago, and he is getting along very nicely. The staff on this side are very nice ,as well are the other residents. Received a very warm welcome from CJ when we were reviewing accommodations for a family member. The decision to move into Evergreen was a great one - a very nice, lively, clean atmosphere. Team members and residents are welcoming and extremely helpful. A few maintenance hiccups still to be fixed but I have every confidence everything will be resolved quickly. Special shoutout to Alice, Sarah, Sasha and all the Reception team - very vigilant about residents safety and building security.
My mom went in to memory care Horrible I was very pleased when we first walked in and got a tour but it was very deceiving.They showed us the movie room all the activities they would be doing which were never carried out.They did nothing they sat in front of the TV Or else in thier room.Every time I went to see my mother she said that they were hurting her. And with dementia I wasn’t sure if she was right or just confused she did not like showering And I’m sure they were holding her down they said they tried to shower her 6 ... read more
The support staff and Jackie are amazing. The management is the worst. This makes it impossible to deal with loved ones as they go through their stages. She will avoid you and not answer important questions.
