Eagle Terrace was there for my family at the very worst time of our life. Look past the age of the building and its modest interior and you will find the most dedicated, compassionate and caring staff our family has ever encountered. There is a reason mayors past and present, doctors and lawyers and other learned professionals in this community chose to have their loved ones in this very special long term care. As I told Ontario Health at Home, this place is an underappreciated gem among Long Term Care facilities.

My mother has been at Eagle Terrace since Nov. 2022. She is relatively low maintenance and I've found that all the staff are very friendly and seem to be there to look after my mother's limited needs. So far, my mother and I am happy with Eagle Terrace. I felt it is important to now add that Eagle Terrace is now managed by Southbridge Care and my interactions with their management team have been very positive. This combined with the caring staff continues to make me happy that my mother resides at Eagle Terrace LTC.

Beware: the management is WOKE and a leftist communist. You can basically be let go regardless if you started or not and co workers are backstabbers. They love black people. BUT other than that DO NOT APPLY HERE THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
