The revolving door of staff members at this establishment is a cause for concern. It's particularly problematic given that many of them are recent graduates in need of guidance. Unfortunately, the management team seems more like a ghost ship, with team members often stuck in their offices and offering little assistance. My mother's 17-month stay here was a grueling experience that still haunts me.

Usually come up from Nova Scotia twice a year and it is always a wonderful experience. The staff are always very kind to us and welcoming. I know my mom is in good hands.
Very caring and attentive staff; thank you for my grandmother’s final year, and ultimate send-off, so smooth and painless. The support provided to families as a loved one approaches end of life, is exceptional. Thank you for all that you do.
