We waited on the phone for 2 hours and still no response. Trying to find out why the IRS cash a money order that was filled out to our credit card company. They are crooks. We have know answers and had to pay the money again to the credit card company.
absolutely no help
This is the slowest and worse state tax department I have ever seen. They take 6 months to process a simple tax return. Really sad. I will never recommend someone to move to NC.
