I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided. We purchased a parking pass for the Pines lot in August for the upcoming football season. Shortly after, we received a call requesting a switch to the Extension loop due to the overselling of the Pines lot. While initially hesitant, we were assured that there would be no difference between the two locations. We proceeded with the change. Highly recommend tailgaiting with their service. Booked a tent with chairs/table for an Auburn football game. All was set up on time. Beer was locked in cooler but we called and someone promptly arrived and unlocked it. Our rep was Mark Dacko. Super responsive and had great advice regarding tent location and size. Will book again.
Dance floor was delivered timely per contract. However, the dance floor was in unacceptable condition. The dance floor was very noticeably filthy, scuffed and broken. It was such a bad look for a white dance floor to be in an elegant setting. Can't believe floors aren't cleaned between rentals. Several corners loosened and separated just by walking on the floor.
