Tralee is absolutely incredible! I came to her with severe plantar fasciitis, and she completely cured it in just 3–4 sessions. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and guides you through every step of the recovery process. Beyond her clinical expertise, she treats you like a friend, making every appointment comfortable and supportive. I highly recommend her!
The Grand Traverse retreat was the highlight of my year. The epic views, challenging hikes, restorative yoga, and amazing people made for an incredible week. Thank you to Beth and Kristin for your guidance, warmth, & fun - and creating such a memorable experience!
I went for the healing hour with Tralee for my first visit here and it was AMAZING. Her calming energy and attention to detail will have me coming back!! Not to mention the space was so cute and cozy, they’ve really done it up nicely.
The hiking/yoga retreat was fantastic. The setting was beautiful surrounded by mountains and open skies. The activities were challenging and also fun. The food was good and accommodations clean and comfortable. The best part was the professional and warm welcome of the persons running the retreat. Kristin and Beth were superb as were Tim and Julie.
From the moment I stepped into the clinic, Beth made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She was very attentive during the entire treatment to the areas of my body that needed the most support and release. Her touch and pressure was very attuned to my body. I really enjoyed my treatment and can't wait to see her again. I would highly recommend Beth for any and all bodywork!! She has a gift!
