Never answer the phone. I want to speak to someone not send an email plus they take over a week to respond to the email anyway IF they do at all. They clearly don’t care at all. Worst customer service I’ve ever had… as in non existent. **EDIT** the below response is laughable. So many poor ratings - the responses are just platitudes. Tried getting them to manage my place - they were hard work with poor follow up. A waste of time and gave up.....the response below another platitude. My point amplified

Staff doesn’t help
Never sign for onsite operator contracts if you are looking for a long term rental they ask you to do that only for covering up their ass from city and it’s a trap . They will find reason to hold your deposit for no reason and will charge you for nothing . Today I have called them for my deposit back, after 28 days . An employee named pallavi picked up the call and told me she have done everything from her side and she is blaming accounting department for it and got a very rude response from her .
