Never sign for onsite operator contracts if you are looking for a long term rental they ask you to do that only for covering up their ass from city and it’s a trap . They will find reason to hold your deposit for no reason and will charge you for nothing . Today I have called them for my deposit back, after 28 days . Can't say enough good things about R.P.S they are a great company that respect each other and They're clients, but most of all they treat everybody with dignity and caring and Respect I recommend to any one looking for long term or short term lodging to go through them.
