Been going here since I was a little kid but I just have to say bought a pair off them for about 1k 2 years ago thought okay they be good and supporting local and withing a week the lense cracked from setting them on a table and then today took them off my head to clean them and the arm fell off Most over priced worst glasses of my life! Fantastic service, and care. I am in Canada on a holiday touring in an RV. Had a flare up of an eye condition. I emailed them and had an appointment the next day. All fixed and on top of that was told about a fabulous coffee house for brunch. Has to be 5 stars, nothing less would be right
Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I always walk in feeling like I can ask any question and be taken seriously. Shout out to Natasha for being absolutely wonderful as she was getting me set with my new glasses, and to the team that is supporting her as she learns
