The Revelstoke Dam is an impressive and worthwhile stop, especially if you are travelling through the Columbia River Valley. It is apparently one of the tallest earthfill dams in the world, and the sheer scale of the structure is crazy when you see it in person. The views from the top are excellent, with sweeping perspectives of the river, surrounding mountains, and the town of Revelstoke below.
