In August of 2018, Jay replaced my heat pump on an emergency basis when my 26 year-old unit went out. The temperature in my house exceeded 90 degrees and Jay handled the crisis with the urgency it deserved. This morning early, in response to a text I sent him late last night, he came to my house and replaced the capacitor that starts the compressor in my heat pump.
