Jen and the work she has done in my first and second pregnancy have been so crucial to feeling my best in both pregnancies. I was able to recover so easily from my c section because of the appropriate level of prep work and expectations for post partum. She quickly diagnosed my SI joint issues in my second pregnancy and was able to provide me with the tools to address the issue and bring down the level of pain within a very short period of time. She’s my first call in pregnancy if there is a pain I cannot resolve.

Jen was absolutely WONDERFUL, and I would highly recommend her and Revelle PT. It was a seamless experience from start to finish, and I am so happy with the progress I made over a few months of therapy.

I could not recommend this place more! I was dealing with really bad back and hip pain on top of pelvic floor dysfunction issues due to a rough pregnancy/postpartum. I saw Jen and she was amazing. She helped me regain my strength and mobility and she taught me so much about the pelvic floor that I had no idea about. I’ve been able to go from strength training maybe 3 days week, but no lower body workouts for a while to 5-6 days a week. After my delivery, my OB recommended pelvic floor PT, and I couldn’t be more grateful! Jen took a whole body approach and really helped me with everything from squatting to back pain from breastfeed to mother’s thumb, and most importantly getting back into my exercise routine with intentional pelvic and core activation. She made my postpartum journey so much better! I cannot thank Revelle enough for all they do!
