After my delivery, my OB recommended pelvic floor PT, and I couldn’t be more grateful! Jen took a whole body approach and really helped me with everything from squatting to back pain from breastfeed to mother’s thumb, and most importantly getting back into my exercise routine with intentional pelvic and core activation. She made my postpartum journey so much better! I cannot thank Revelle enough for all they do!

I began my pelvic floor journey at Revelle after having my first daughter. However, life took over and I took a break until I was pregnant again with my 2nd daughter. I met Jenn and she worked with me to prepare for a natural labor and delivery. She has helped me postpartum to regain strength in my pelvic floor, hips and core. Amy Meehan is an absolutely wonderful pelvic floor physical therapist. From the moment you walk in, her entire practice feels welcoming, calming, and impeccably clean.
