I am all for small business, being a small business myself. We opened an account for Reveles Mechanical. The first time they paid with a miss written check (numerical amount did not match written amount) so the bank rejected it. They replaced the check with another which was charged back for non sufficient funds. It took many, many phone calls and emails later to get them to address the issue. He will insist BUT................. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN MONEY BEFORE HE HAS FINISHED THE JOB. Otherwise, you will end up like us. Leaving unreturned voice and text messages after he has cashed your check. Fortunately, we have receipts for all of the work we paid for. Heat and air.

I'm 89 years old and I hired him to repair my heating and air conditioning. He insisted that I pay him in advance. He took two days to install the outside unit and partially repaired the heating. Last week, he promised to have it fixed by Saturday. After cashing my checks, he stopped returning calls and hasn't shown up. It looks like I'm going to have to call in another company to get this taken care of right.

Another excellent encounter with RMS. They installed two new HVAC units in less than half a day. Skilled service fairly priced; would recommend them without reservation.
