The thrifty Mart in front of fitness place is cheap with good quality items and fitness place is also ran well by employees
Great atmosphere, friendly people. Planned workouts programmed for everyday. There is open gym time available from 3:30-4:30 for those who want to do their own workout. All workouts can be scaled to fit each persons fitness level. Scheduled class times are 5:30 a.m., 9a.m., 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30 pm. M-F (Free Community Work out every Saturday at 9a.m. Added plus is the membership is affordable. Personal training at it's best!
