Area is very safe and has great walking around streets. Building quality 1/5: they clearly used super cheap materials. There is almost no sound proofing so your quality of life will heavily depend on how considerate your upstairs neighbors are. I lived at Revela for a year, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had, thanks to the luxury, great location, and excellent service. There are plenty of amenities nearby—parks, a walking trail, train access, pools, study areas, gyms, and more—all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful, but Elizabeth deserves special recognition. She’s incredible—always patient, thorough, and quick to handle anything I brought to her. The apartment has had a repeating hot water issue since January that has not been completely fixed. Had to take a cold shower during the peak of winter…
The property consistently experiences hot water issues during the coldest month of the year.
The place is always clean and modern looking. The management team are always nice and courteous. It’s hard to get into argument with them. They’ll just stare at you with a smile and reapond with a professional suggestion or feedback. Can’t get any better than that.
