Being affected by heavy footsteps upstairs over last three weeks and I'‘ve decided moving out asap. As mentioned by others，the floors are paper thin and there is no carpet on the floor. The apartment management also won't help you with the noise complaints.
I just moved into Revela yesterday and submitted a maintenance request today. John Martinez came by and did an excellent job helping me with several issues in my apartment. He replaced the shower head in my bathroom, checked the ventilation fan, and even helped remove some screws from the closet. He was extremely hardworking, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. I’m very grateful for his assistance — he made me feel welcomed and well taken care of as a new resident. Thank you, John!

Worst place I have ever lived in my life.
I lived here for about two years. Four months after moving into a 2BR/2BA with my boyfriend, we broke up. Revela let my ex break our lease without ever verifying my consent — ignoring their own policy that all occupants must sign a Notice to Vacate. They charged over $10,000 in buyout fees, plus a full repaint, even though we’d only lived there for a few weeks.
