The smash burger was possibly the best I’ve had in years. Everyone loved their food, but the service is spotty. Forgotten about a couple times on a slow evening is weird. Before going I noted the slow service and tendency to be out of items in reviews — both came true for us.

Excelente experiencia con la familia. Tuvimos la oportunidad de asistir a Revel en el hotel The Hythe y la experiencia fue muy placentera. El servicio de Jonathan hizo de la cena muy agradable para todos. Probamos distintos platillos y todo bastante bien, lo que sí siguiero bastante es probar el gnochi trufado, el short rib y la hamburguesa Wagyu beef. Nuestra sugerencia es de verdad reservar y que los atienda Jonathan.

We had the most amazing meal at Revel! The salmon with creamy leeks and Chardonnay braised turnips was spectacular—the subtle flavors were perfectly balanced with the leeks providing just the right amount of tang so it didn’t feel too rich. The braised beef was like butter; the savory vegetables it was braised in overnight gave a depth of flavor I’ve never tasted in beef before. The chocolate mousse for dessert…heavenly! To start, the food was good. However, there were several errors with my experience that I feel others should be aware of. For starters, on the dessert menu, there was a dessert that in the description was listed as containing "candied peanut butter"; however in the list of allergens for that dessert, peanuts were not listed, only dairy and I believe soy. While peanut butter was in the ingredients list directly above the allergens list, I feel it is important for allergen lists to be correct. The other issue was that the pric... read more
