We used Limelight Catering for our wedding at the Chicago Illuminating Company and worked with Bryn Hoffman-- and it was the most wonderful experience. The food was absolutely spectacular and we both keep daydreaming about the beef carpaccio-parmesan crisp, watermelon feta-cube, and the entrees! I could eat the potato-kohlrabi gratin for every meal and never get sick of it-- it was that amazing. Planning (and then replanning...) a wedding during a global pandemic is not something I would recommend and is not for the faint of heart, however the team we worked with at Revel and Limelight were beyond fabulous and truly made it so much more manageable/bearable!
