My friend introduced me to Revel Coffee through the Blackdog Coffee shop. I order online at 2lbs, while it perhaps is more expensive, to me it’s great price for responsible fair trade from a local business that does fresh roasting and cares about quality. I brew with a Profitec espresso machine and the single origins still are amazing (if you have them dialed in right). The Costa Rican Tarrazu anaerobic is my favorite of theirs so far. I hope they do Guatemalan soon!

As someone who has lived in Costa Rica and enjoyed some of the finest coffee in the world, I can confidently say that Revel is something truly special and worth every penny. I've had the pleasure of enjoying the Columbia Washed Nitro Caturra, Ethiopian Ardi Natural, and Brazil Minas Gerais. The beans are fresh-roasted to perfection and shipped incredibly fast.
