Hands down Toni is THE BEST. I've been going to Toni the last 8- 9ish years, for everything from going blonde, back to brown, to black to blue to purple, back to black, tape ins, hand tied wefts you name it I've done it all. I speak the highest praises of Toni and have recommended her to people, everyone is always so happy with their outcome.
Tried Revel for the first time recently and was so happy I did. Toni did a fantastic job on my blow out. Totally recommend!!!
