Just came here to get a $5 burger on Thursday like I've done literally for years, and they offer add an extra patty for $2. This has always been THEIR rules, even since they were in Pinehurst. Today we went to buy three burgers, and were adding patties onto all of them. The owner/operator got an attitude and literally said "your taking advantage of the deal". Damn good bbq. Fair price for the outfit. Brisket was seasoned perfect, not overwhelming. Meat still had a meat taste. Not dry at all this was their lean cut stopped here on a whim, actually wanting chicken, but didn’t seem like they had it on the menu so I opted out for brisket. Most places can really mess a brisket up, this one was reallly enjoyable.
Best BBQ in Magnolia! $5 smash burgers on Thursdays can’t be beat. Owner is super nice and made sure our order was perfect.
In Magnolia, TX you’ll find an unassuming food truck that’s redefining Texas BBQ, churning out brisket that mocks the very notion of dry meat. I had an innovative bowl option with elote as my side/base and fatty brisket… wow! It had a nice bark and a sublime buttery interior that practically dissolved in my mouth. Their bowl was some gritty magic and that elote had some deep flavor and I tasted some garlic in there. I live in Houston, but will be coming back up to Magnolia for some BBQ soon.
